How does the ladder game work?

Each player starts at the top and moves down, crossing over every horizontal rung they meet. Because rungs never share an endpoint, every player lands on a different result.

Is it really random?

Yes. The rungs are generated randomly each time, and the names on the left aren't paired with the results on the right until you trace the ladder.

Can I hide the results until the end?

Keep Hide results turned on and each result stays hidden until a player's path reaches it.
