Does the CSS need JavaScript?
No. The effect is pure CSS using ::before and ::after with keyframes. Just add the CSS and the HTML snippet to your page.

    
Is it accessible for people who dislike motion?
Yes. The generated CSS includes a prefers-reduced-motion rule that turns the animation off for users who ask for less motion.

    
Is my text sent anywhere?
