FAQ
How is timing judged?
Within 40 ms of the note is Perfect, 80 ms Great and 125 ms Good. Letting a note pass is a Miss. A perfect run scores 1,000,000 points.
The notes feel out of sync with the music.
Timing follows the audio clock, so it matches the sound. Bluetooth headphones add delay, so if you're always judged late, move the Timing offset toward +. Wired headphones or speakers are most accurate.
Does it download music files?
No. Drums, bass and melody are synthesized on the spot with Web Audio. The songs and note charts are the same every time, so practice pays off.
